Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Hello. My question is if I have emails and texts stating someone owes me money due to things being put on my credit card is that enough evidence to take that person to court? Again all I have is emails and texts, but it cleary says that person owes me the money and they haven't paid because they don't have the funds. I have this persons full name and address. Now it is to the point where they are ignoring me. Please help as this has been ongoing for almost 3 years.

Thank you

Depending on the clarity of the communications, it is possible to establish the existence of an agreement between individuals. It would require a review of those papers, as well as an explanation of how the debt arose and what was the agreement as to repayment. If the other party made some payments, that can help as well.
