Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Hi there I have a question about garnishment...My bank account was garnished and all that goes into my account is my sons child support and my daughters disability check and her social security check from her father for her is it legal for them to take this money??

You were notified that the account was "frozen". Look at the garnishment order. It will give you a time frame to object to the garnishment, before the money is actually taken out of the account. Go to court and tell the judge your story. Take proof with you that NO other money goes into that account, as these funds are not permitted to be garnished.
