Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Hi I have a question concerning my grandmother home and property.She passed away 2yrs ago and has two surviving daughters.well we found a quit claim deed where the oldest daughter baby son and his wife quit claimed my grandmother home over to his mother in 1999 using my grandmother address as their own which they never owned and my cousin has never lived at her address as an adult my grandmother died never knowing this was done..my grandmother youngest daugher is the one who has been paying the taxes on the home for over 10 yrs..how do we get this undone do we hire a lawer or what?im her 2nd oldest granddaughter.my grandmother was 90yrs old when she [email protected]
