Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Hello, I have a few questions please.
My family, a few generations actually, have lived on the and piece of land for hundred years or more. Which is just feet away from a multi milion dollar concrete manufacturing co. That was built on land originally purchased from my family in the 50's. Meanwhile my family still living just few feet away as the concrete co. Continuing for all these years spread a highly amount of concrete dust debris into a number of areas throughout our residential property. Now over the last 20 years or so we've had 5 individual members of family/residents that have been diagnosed with cancer of the lungs and throat as well as other illnesses asthma etc. Which 2 have recently involved death, one being my father. I have researched said co. And the safety regulations and as well as concrete dusk and how hazardous it is. There is nothing separating the two properties. My family is not at all affiliated with this business in anyway. What can I do to pursuing some type of liability case against them. If able at all. Please help your answers are very important and appreciated. Thank you.
