Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I'm a Real Estate Broker, due to the failing market, my business is at the brink of bankruptcy. I defaulted on my office lease and was evicted. The landlords have filed a suit and my business bank accounts have been garnished, including the business Escrow Account, and that money does not belong to the company but my clients. This cannot be legal. The bank says they cannot do anything, and the account continues blocked. What can I do since I need to return these funds to my clients.

You must bring on a proceeding to vacate the garnishment. Do not ignore this obligation or you may jeopardize your license.
