Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I received a Lis Pendens on a property I have secured a Lien on due to a Judgement filed in the Civil Court of Seminole County Florida. I was named as a defendant due to the Lien and I need a form to fill out to complete my answer to the Lis Penden. The house is being foreclosed upon by the mortgage company and I want to make sure to file a response. I have 2 notarized copies of the Judgement and need to fill out a form right away!
