Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I received notorized statements giving me ownership of property. Person changed mind even though I had statements. Would I be able to sue in court for return of propert or cash value?

Sure, you can sue. A writing giving you ownership of property is very good evidence that you own it. However, there are many circumstances which could change the outcome.
