Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Recently moved into a gated apartment complex that advertised the following amenities:
Pool
Hot tub
Sauna
Tennis Courts
The pool is always dirty, the hot tub does not work. The tennis court is in disrepair and the sauna is nailed shut and used as storage.
Do I (and other tenants) have any legal right to withhold rent payments until these items are repaired and usable ?

Not likely. You recently moved in and should have been able to assess accuracy of the amenities. Unless the rental agreement gives you a right to withhold and I doubt it does nothing in the Florida statutes will assist.

You may be entitled to obtain a reduction in rent. Review the lease.
