Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I recently received a Florida Rule of Civil Procedure Form 1.977 which requested information about my spouse. Case is due to credit card debt which was acquired long before I married my present spouse. Am I required to provide this spousal information as she had no knowledge of this debt and was not involved.
