Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I have recently recieved a "notice of hearing" for a restraining order. The judge did not issue a temporary order. I am the respondant. Do I have to attend the hearing? It is not a supenoa. I am wondering if I legally have to be there, and if I don't attend will they issue a warrant for my arrest?

You have to be there to tell the judge why he should not issue an injunction against you.
