Removal of fire damaged property

I notified the owner of a trailer that i would not continue to make payment on it afte july 15 the trailer is on my property we had no written agreement. She asked me to remove my property out by the 7th of august.. The trailer burned to the groundlast night with all my property in it and the land lord said she would not remove the rubble what are my rights

It's now basically junk on your property. Obviously, the owner isn't going to remove it; she may even sue your for its loss. You'll have to remove it.
