Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am trying to get someone to remove a video of me on the internet. It is ruining my life. When I first signed did it I signed a waiver, but I dont remember what it said. Is there anyway to go around a waiver & get the person to remove the waiver? What kind of lawyer usually deals with this kind of case?

If you signed a waiver, you WAIVED some or all of your rights. First, you need to request a copy of the waiver. If you are unable to obtain the waiver, it can be subpoenaed after filing a lawsuit. A lawyer needs to review the waiver and all the facts to know what, if any, causes of action you have to force removal of the video. There may be a way around the waiver, but no one cannot possibly advise IF there is a way around something they have never read.

I suggest that you retain an attorney who has experience in copyright law, computer and internet law, and associated litigation.
