Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I am trying to get someone to remove a video of me they have online. I signed a waiver but did not know what if fully meant. Is there a way to go around the waiver and get it removed?

Failure to read or understand a contract is generally not a sufficient reason to void the contract or be bound by its terms. Exceptions exist, however. An attorney would need to review the waiver and know all the facts to give an opinion on whether you have any recourse.
