Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I am renting an apartment in Florida and the electrical meter is shared between 2 apartments. The rental company has refused to provide me with a bill and I have lived here 6 months. Is this legal for both apartments to share the meter and am I liable for the bill since I don't know what I owe?
