Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Does a Request for Admissions have to be supplied to each party separately even if they are located at the same address. For instance, A corporation, a husband (officer of corporation) and a wife (officer of corporation), are all parties to a lawsuit. If a request for admissions is sent, must a copy be served to each party separately even if they are located at the same address?

On the same note, if a single Request for Admissions is sent to that address, then can a single response be filed?

A separate request must be sent to each party and each party must file a separate response. It is possible that a particular party may not know the correct response to the request and the others may. Further, they may have a different answer. A single response may therefore be impossible or misleading.

Yes, send it to each individual party.
