Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Am I required to personally serve (via the sheriff or process server) a Motion for Contempt in a Small Claims Case in Florida? Would mailing the motion and/or Notice of Hearing be considered adequate service for the Court?

Mailing is sufficient assuming that the original complaint was personally served. Once you have effected service, future service is accomplished by mail.
