res judicata applying to seperate commissions

Can I sue seperately for each commission owed to me by a real

estate developer due to the fact that there are seperate

contracts with different buyers and lots involved with the

court ruling res judicata applys?

You do not have to file separate suits if all of the commissions are owed by the same developer. You can file one suit and assert breach of contract claims on each of the contracts where the developer defaulted and attach such contracts to the complaint. In that way, you will save money on filing fees and service of process expenses. There are other causes of action that may apply depending on all the facts surrounding your dispute with the developer. My firm handles such contractual disputes.
