Responsibility of broken window
I live in a house on a golf course. A person playing golf broke one of my windows. Is he responsible for the cost of repair, or am I responsible because I knew the risk associated with buying a house on a golf course?

You are probably part of an HOA which would handle this. Contact them as soon as possible so that they can notify the course operators.
