Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If I have a restraining order against someone, stopping them from goings near me, my car, my home, my school, or place of work knowingly, do those rules apply to me? I have a favorite restaurant that the person I have a restraining order against just got a job at, can I not go there anymore?

Yes, the restraining order will be enforced to keep you from going where you know that person is working. There are hundreds of restaurants near you, so why would you want to go there? If there was a confrontation, the court would say it sounds like you either enjoy the drama, or you are trying to create a problem. You know the person is there, so stay away. Find a different favorite restaurant.
