Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Returning of Items

I allowed a friend to borrow a few items about 6 months ago with the known intent to bring the items back promptly. Those items have still not been returned and the total value of those items are more then $500. I have asked repeatedly with no avail to have my items returned to me. Do I have any law on my side about getting these items returned or the money reimbursed for these items?

Re: Returning of Items

yes -- you have the law on your side. you may have to sue to actually get them back. I would bug the dickens out of him or her and find out what the problem is. before suing, write to demand the return in writing.
