ripped off by used car dealership

If i finance a used car with a one year warranty and the car breaks down within two days and then the towing that the company provided totals the car shouldnt my contract become void and should i recieve my dwn pymnt back? the total loan was paid off by the insurance company of the towing company! I'm without money and a car.

No, yur contract does not become void. The car dealership -- much less the finance company -- did not total your car. However, the towing company that totaled your car would be responsible for the fair market value of the car. Since yhe accident happenned so close in time to your purchase, the value should have been the purchase price of the car -- not what was remaining on the contract.
