Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

A roomate of mine bought a vehicle from me and put it in his name but now he is incarcerated and will be serving 5 years and the vehicle is still on my property and has been for a little over 10 months would i be able to apply for a bonded title or something of that nature to get the vehicle back in my possession and it was in my name previously

It is not your car. If you want to buy it back, see if you can pay something to have the title transferred.
