My S Corporation is being theaten with a law suit, claiming faulty engineering services render. The total invoice amount is $6,200.00. I alone hold 100% of the company stock. My home and other real estate is in joint ownership between my wife and I and is listed so. Is the joint between my wife a I ownership considered a third entity and not sueable when I alone am being addressed on the suit? Or another way of saying it, can my wife be liable for what I do through my S corp?
