I am 4'9 and I have 2 small children but, the home I live in my backyard has an opening were people can walk through I took the bridge down that was back there however the people from the trailer park keep cutting through.What can I do to protect myself and my family.If I put a fence up and they still cut through by jumping it what can I do to protect myself from violence.We have tried asking people to stop cutting through that didnt work either.

If you let the people cross your land long enough, they get the right to always do it. You need to take action to keep them out and possibly bring suit against the trailer park owner to make them stop their tenants from doing this. Waiting to exercise your rights will only result in the loss of the rights you currently have, but you are not authorized under the law to use violence except to protect yourself and others.
