Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I have been trying to sell my timeshare, I have been solisited by several companies claiming to be resellers, after the convincing pitch and the over the phone credit card payment ranging from $299.00 to $999.00 there are no results and apparently no efforts made on my behalf to sell the timeshare. Is there a law or any regulation in place to protect the consumer from this fraud.
