Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I was served with civil court papers regarding an accident someone else had in my vehicle. This person did not have permission to use my car and I was living out of state at the time. This accident took place over 3 years ago and I was notified 2 years after the accident that there was an issue. I do not work so I cannot afford an attorney. What can I do.

If you have car insurance, that company is required to defend you with an attorney.
