Signatures on Civil Papers
My ex filed suit with his wife against me. I filed my response, and a counter complaint. I just received an answer to my counter complaint, however only SHE signed the answer. Do both parties, since they brought suit and both are being counter sued, have to sign the answer?

If they are representing themeselves, then they both need to sign. If they have an attorney, then the attorney can sign for both.
