No -- but you better be pretty darn certain about the proof that you have and what you accuse others of. Anyone can sue, even if they are not ultimately successful and even if you win it can sometimes be expensive to do so. I would not encourage what you propose. It can affect the lives of others who are not involved -- especially if there are children. Why do this? If you want a divorce, go get one. Rarely do you "win" by taking actions like the type that you propose. No telling what will get posted about you in response.
