Small claim judgement in

I have a court ordered judgement against my neighbors for almost $5000.00 for their dogs attacking mine. I was awarded the judgement last month. I think a month is a reasonable amount of time to pay as this attack happened a year ago. What kind of lien can I put on these people?

File the judgment in the public records of the county in which they live. That creates a lien. You can require answers to certain answers that will identify their assets and you can execute on those.
