Small Claims
If I can not find a defendant in to summon them to court in a small claims court do I have any other recourse. I sold a car on payment plan and I did not get a power of attorney when I sold the car so I can not repossess it out right.

Where is the car? Never sell a car (or firearm or other registered property) unless you keep a copy of the document you give the buyer. Do you know the defendant's name? Do you have a written promissory note? Do you have our case-winning tutorials? http://www.jurisdictionary.com
