can i take my girl freinds soon to be ex husband to small claims to recover money i spent to take care of his two kids 15and 17 year old after thre then out and refuses to support them.food ,cloths ,medical .2 bedroom apt.i rented for them ,hotel bills,had to put them up and find a place ,his wife had no job no money

No, but your girl friend can sue for support and then reimburse you.
