Small Claims Pocedure

If the claim involves a breach of contract and that contract has a clause that states ''venue for any action arising from or related to this contract shall be exclusively in XXX county'' must the venue be there or can the other venues still be used, as in where the contract was signed or breach took place?

If the contract has a choice of venue clause, that alomost always requires suit to brought where you agreed to in the contract.
