Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Small Claims question??

Can I sue my boyfriend's soon to be ex wife in small claims court for the money that I have laid out so far to support her daughter (who lives with us) because she is not supporting her daughter? Their divorce is still pending after almost a year because she has found every reason in the book to postpone it so she can delay paying support. He has not recieved one dime from her, and cant afford to support his daughter on his own so I make up the difference. Can I sue to recover what I have paid so far? I have recipts for summer camp, after school care, groceries, and utility bills.

You have to been to state facts that amount to a "case". So with that, only you can answer your question -
