Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
We sold atravel trailer in the amount of 700 with 200 down and 2 weeks later he was going to pay the rest in full .But we have not herd from him .How long do we have to wait to sell it to someone else.

Is your in writting? If so and the buyer failed to live up to the agreement, seems can consider the agreement breached and resell it.
