Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I sold a car for junk to a towing co. in may or June of 2014 I signed over the title and somehow it got in the hands of a third party. The car was brought to a repair shop for repair which was never preformed the third party left the car. The owner of the repair shop had the car towed and now I received a lien notice to pay for towing and storage. The plates where turned into DMV. Do I responsibility to pay?

Contact the repair shop and advise them you junked the car and had no responsibility after that.
