Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have spoke to these children;s father and called the sheriff on many times and noone will do any thing. The last resort was the one boy and his cousin beat a cemeat pole about 3 foot tall down and broke it all up and laughed while we were gone and i heard them laughing so i went to talk to dad and the cousins dad they said verberly they would fix it if i would not call the police so i took them at there word and took pitures it has been 2 weeks and nothing and they want speak what can be done.
