Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
What is the statute of limitations in Florida if you want to take a company to court for automobile related problems. I'm not sure what area of law it is, so I'll put civil law or should it be litigation law?

Whether your claims are based upon fraud or statute or breach of contract....the stat of limitations is probably four years..five years for written contract.
