Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Statute of limitations
I live in texas and I am being sued in Florida by a former business partner. There has been no activity from anyone on the case for about six months. How long can a case sit on the docket before something is done? What normally would happen? I have no money to defend, so i have no interest in pushing the case.
