Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
hello..
if i want to stop/delay the guardianship of an elderly person scheduled to be heard 03/05/2010, is this something i can do on MY OWN via court documents or would i need a lawyer to file that paperwork for me?

You could just show up, and if you have any standing (legal reason to be heard) the judge will likely listen to what you have to say. However, you would be better served in having an attorney there to represent you, and determine before hand whether you have any legal basis for the intervention.
