Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Storage

I put my things in storage and i was told it was sold. no notice in advance. i was sent a General Release and Indemnity Agreement to sign. There's no company name on this form. How can I find out if this moving company is legit? I looked the company up on Sunbiz I didn't see it.
