Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Subpeana & Case thrown out Question:

I was recently subpeana to testify for a person involved in a Federal case that I not only did not know of nor did I know the just of the complaint. I was worried for days about this and their Attorny's would not let me know what the case was all about. So I went out and sought legal advise on the Subpeana process and what I should expect. Also through public records I found out that the person that Subpeana me was suing a Company I work for and a Client I do business with. The Case was thrown out and I never had to testify. Now, can I ask for my Attorney fees and or loss of work fees to the person in question that had me Subpeana? I also may have lost a Client because they now presume I'm against them because I was asked to testify and I'm pissed because I don't even know this person that had me summons by the courts. Do I have any recourse here? THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES
