Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Can I sue my bank and the airline company? An employee of my bank/mortgage company used my bank card info to buy airline tickets. An employee at the airline gave me the name of the person who travelled using my card number and I was able to find out that he worked for my bank/mortgage company. I received the money back from the bank, but I am upset that this happened. Can the bank be held responsible for it's employee's misuse of my card? Can the airline be held responsible, as they allowed my card to be used for payment even though the names were very different? Thanks.
