Can you sue a minor for fraud?

Can you sue a minor for fraud? What is the statue of limitations on such a lawsuit? What if the person was a minor at the time of the fraud but is now an adult?

RESPONSE: West's F.S.A. � 95.11(3)(j) Normally A legal or equitable action founded on fraud must be filed within 4 years. However, there are exceptions depending on the facts of your case.
