can i sue this person?

my ex has my stuff and refuses to give it back. i live in miami, fl and she lives in spokane, wa. i was wondering if i could sue her from here and how i would go about that?

Yes, you can sue her, but you'll probably have to sue her in Washington. You should speak with a Washington lawyer about how to do that.
