Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am being sued by someone claiming I hit their car, there was no contact, my insc company denied his claim a year ago. Now hes claiming injury and filed a lawsuit. What kind of attorney do I need to look for?

Did you have liability insurance ? Advise your insurance and let them handle it. If not you need a civil litigator with personal injury experience. It is going to be costly.

You need to have an attorney look at the lawsuit. Are they claiming damages in excess of your policy limits? Does a duty to defend apply? Why did they deny the Claim? These questions and more need to be answered.... quickly so please see an attorney and get started before a Default is entered in the trial court.
