Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I am being sued by an insurance company claiming they paid their insured 15000 under his uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage because my coverage didnt include Bodily Injury, I did have the state required coverage of personal injury and property damage. . I was required to pay a fine and fee plus had my DL suspended for 1 year after the accident.
My question is can my drivers license be suspended again in Florida for a judgement if I carried the state required insurance cooverage

No. It won't get suspended, but the carrier may get a judgment against you.
