Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am being sued in small claims court in Hollywood, Florida.

I know that the written factual evidence to support my defense against this unfounded lawsuit is the actual passport for my plaintiff's wife, who is a Russian citizen but who is residing in the United States.

MY QUESTION: How can I require that the plaintiff bring his wife's Russian passport with him to court during my case's trial and enter it as evidence for the defense? Otherwise, I have only circumstantial evidence to refute plaintiff's claim against me. The key to my defense is the actual dates stamped in her passport of when several countries visiting visa's were issued for plaintiff's wife.

I reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area, but the plaintiff resides in Hollywood, Florida.

You can subpeona any info you need from a non party. Also, why are you defending yourself in Hollywood? Do you have ties there for some reason? A plaintiff can't just sue you anywhere they want.

Serve a Request to Produce at Trial. Request they produce the passport at the time of trial.

File the original request with an affidavit of service by mail with the court as soon as possible.
