Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I have been summon to court regarding a vehicle i reported stolen by the person who states i owe him damage and legal fees. My case is being process by the state of Attorney office and i need to know if i should get my own personal lawyer in this matter or is this a matter they will handle

This is a separate civil matter. You need your own attorney. If you have auto insurance, they should cover you.
