Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Being suponea'd to a deposition on behalf of a plantiff

I may be served suponea to give a deposition in another party's civil lawsuit. I prefer not to get involved. Is there a legal obligation to cooperate? Or do I even have to show up? What would happen if I just dont remember what occured?

There is an obligation to honor a court subpoena.

What you remember or do not remeber is your business.
