Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I was told by Mrs. Jones at USDA-RD office in Ocala FL that I have a $7000 grant. A contractor offered to do the work for $7250. She said I pay only $250. I said fine. Now she tells me I must pay $4500 at $20 month 20years. My grant I can only use $3500 of it. This is unfair. Unethical. She said I must pay and must do the work since she inspected the property and found it necessary what she reported. That is untrue. She never inspected nothing the day she came out to my residence. I want to sue. If need be. I will start the same exact conversation again and this time record it. Do I have a lawsuit or what?

The terms of the written grant would control not the oral representations. you need an attorney to review the paperwork to determine whether you got what you bargained for.
